I’ve had some decorating sprees in both RI and Vermont houses recently. I didn’t buy a lot for the Vermont house because we weren’t sure what we were doing with the space, I waited until I got a good handle on what we needed. We brought a lot of home improvement from RI to Vermont, so I needed to fill in some gaps for both houses.

There was a new target near New Hampshire, so I stopped in last week to get some stuff, then my friends came and I ended up leaving with a full car. There are so many good things! Target home decor has a lot of great options right now, most of which are very reasonably priced and affordable. I’ve been very lucky with Target Home Decor over the years and have found the quality to be consistent. part Target’s Project 62 series, these table lamps The icing on the cake for our bedroom in Vermont. This is an off-white ceramic table lamp with a classic fabric shade. Note the online pictures make the base look rather pure white, but they are more off-white. I also like that the light has a three-way switch so you can adjust the level of light output (good for night reading and don’t want too much light).

I have this desk lamp Was at the Target store last week and I loved it as an accent light in our living room. I put it on the side table next to our sofa and it’s the perfect size. The natural cotton beige shade is also very pretty. It looks like a more expensive lamp than it is.

I really like these lamps because their size is perfect for a side table or smaller bedside table. I have one on the small side table next to the sofa in the living room. It’s not a huge space, so this is ideal as it puts out a lot of light without taking up the entire table.

this rug One of my favorite Target discoveries of late. I bought it for our bathroom in RI and it couldn’t be more perfect. The colors are gorgeous and have a vintage look, but their ultra-low pile makes them easy to clean, making them perfect for a bathroom or kitchen.

I found this rug while running at Target in New Hampshire It fits perfectly in our Vermont kitchen. I ended up with two sizes, one for the sink/oven area and one for the sliding door in the kitchen area. The best thing about this rug is the non-slip and non-slip backing, so you don’t need a rug pad. It’s also machine washable and easy to clean.

this rug from Opal Collection Similar to the one I bought for Vermont above, with a non-slip backing, perfect for the kitchen. I got the slide size for the RI kitchen and the smaller size for the sliding door in the kitchen area (our house has a similar layout). It’s also low fuzz and machine washable, and the retro design is so pretty. This color is good with light pinks, blues and greens.

Harwich High Back Windsor Bar Chair

I received about these high stools all the time(They also have counter height). Overall, they are great for our kitchen in Rhode Island. There was one that came apart a bit so Craig had to nail it to the seat backs, but other than that we’ve had these for years and they’ve been great. I like the look of it, they are sturdy and not too heavy.

I finally bought these bar stools After waiting months to decide if I wanted to get more of the style I already had, our Vermont kitchen. Needless to say, the ones I originally bought from another company were very expensive and impractical (the woven seat fabric was dirty and couldn’t be cleaned with a toddler). I really like the look of these and the size is perfect for our lower counter height in Vermont. Woven Washed Window Glass Pillow

Sometimes I find something I like and stick with it. i have these yellow pillows Vermont, ended up wearing them blue and putting them on our couch in RI. They look beautiful and the best part is that you can remove the caps and wash them. The fabric is very soft and holds up well after washing and drying (I did very low heat dry until they were slightly damp and then air dried).

A great little lumbar pillow perfect for smaller furniture or chairs. I put it on a bench in our dining room on a Vermont sofa and the yellow pillows look great on it.

I haven’t actually decided where I’m going to put it these sherpa pillows But I love the look so much I know I’ll find a place for them in my bed or in my Vermont living room. It comes in square and waist sizes and is also removable.

I got these beach towels at the start of summer and I am very impressed. They are not super thick (but not too thin) which makes them easy to wash and easy to dry in the sun. They are perfect for the beach or pool and I use them to dry my dog ​​after rinsing. they have tons of print.
