According to reports New York PostOn June 23, the Hayward Unified School District’s board of directors voted Unanimous vote.
Bay Area Committee Officially recognized A mandatory “ethnic study” project based on critical racial theory.
This is the state’s first compulsory course of its kind covering all grades (including pre-kindergarten).
Forty million taxpayers’ money will combat white supremacy.
By next year, the course of study will be necessary for graduation.

Ethnic studies is an interdisciplinary study of race and ethnicity, understood through the perspectives of the main underrepresented racial groups in the United States: African American, Chicancks/Latino, Asian American, and Native American/Indigenous group. At HUSD, ethnic studies courses will include Pacific Islanders and Arab Americans.
The classroom—even a classroom full of 4-year-olds—is also a battlefield:
This discipline struggles with racism, white supremacy, anti-black, anti-indigenous, and ethnic relations. By centering on the stories, experiences, and opinions of the aforementioned groups, ethnic studies uses community content and pedagogy to educate students in social, political, environmental, and economic awareness of their personal connections to local and transnational histories. Policies and efforts to formulate a framework for ethnic studies are based on and will include critical ethnic theory and emancipated ethnic research model courses.
Dr. April Oquenda, Chairman of the Hayward Unified School District Board of Directors, praised the new normal:
“It is important that we pass on their ancestral heritage to students of all ages.”
Of course, there is no way to do this, because the teacher will not know the “legacy” of each student.
Therefore, potentially, many students will think that their legacy is not there.
Nevertheless, every April, Hayward fights for racial justice:
“Culture is of the utmost importance in the struggle for racial justice, and the region believes that the commitment to the full integration of ethnic and cultural groups that contribute to the development of our country has not been fulfilled.”
American education has indeed changed.
In the past, it has not been properly used as an ideological weapon.

- Name the last battle of the Civil War; the War of 1812; the French-Indian War; and the commander of each battle.
Subtracting the present from then, this is the so-called “progress.”
What happened in Hayward is likely to affect the corner of California.

The Wall Street Journal said the policy is being implemented statewide, and the San Diego Unified School District is expected to approve a similar plan later this summer.
At the same time, Salinas United High School District recently hired R. Tolteka Cuauhtin, author of “Rethinking Ethnic Studies,” to prepare similar courses for its teachers—paying $1,500 per hour.
The California Teachers Association stated that it “supports a vibrant and powerful ethnic studies curriculum.”
We are on the road of enlightenment.
As for 1912, will modern American 13-year-olds pass the exam?
I won’t bet on my bottom money-I’m not sure if I have taught these things at the moment.
But as for the absolute importance of oppression and skin tone, Tektronix today is increasingly pursuing academic excellence.
