although Nancy Pelosi I hope to pass the so-called “Rebuild Better” bill in the House of Representatives tonight, but the CBO has sent some bad news.
The previous promise was made by some “moderate” Democrats and would only vote for the bill if the budget score returns to deficit neutral. But preliminary figures have come out, and it seems that CBO has completely debunked the White House’s “It costs zero dollars“topic.
At first, the Democrats cheered on social media after seeing the following post from the CBO.

This excitement comes from a misunderstanding of how the CBO grades the bill. CBO does not give a concise number, but does it bit by bit. This was set up deliberately by the Democrats, hoping to disturb the muddy waters.
What the CBO actually announced there was that the new tax enforcement regulations should result in a deficit of $207B. I certainly hope that the cost of this implementation will not exceed the cost it brings (because if it does, it will be meaningless), but this is not a fraction of the actual expenditure of the bill.

The deficit gap is obviously due to the Biden administration overestimating the revenue that their tax enforcement mechanism will bring.For example, they overestimated about 50% of new income, and you can think that I am skeptical of CBO’s lower score. Keep in mind that the $159 billion increase in the deficit is after including the increased revenue from the new tax enforcement. Once again, you should be highly skeptical that the government will magically find $207 billion after dumping more funds to the IRS.
In other words, the Biden administration, Nancy Pelosi and all other Democrats Run out to claim The bill “zero cost” lied. They are either malicious or speaking out of total ignorance, or even without the proper data to make such a statement. The bill does not cost zero dollars. It has increased the deficit beyond the already high figure, and if the CBO is not realized in the sky estimate of the new tax, it may increase the deficit even more.

This really feels like “Lie of the Year” material. Biden and his associates have been repeating this lie for months, scorning reporters, and attacking anyone who dares to suggest that large-scale new social projects are not free. But those of us who insist that the sky is indeed blue are ultimately right.
