Chaos erupted in Australia as the stampede of blockade protesters surpassed the police – RedState

Thing is Not going well in AustraliaThis once ostensibly democratic country has been the site of some of the strictest and most unreasonable blockade policies in the entire pandemic.Although their neighbor New Zealand is completely crazy (including Lock a single COVID case), Australians are by their side.

RedState reported past tyranny, including police beatings of people who refused to comply with harsh and absurd mitigation measures. However, these latest videos are the worst videos we have ever seen. The protests are getting bigger and more violent.

This is a stampede that occurred when protesters broke through the police line.

You would think you are watching a scene of dictatorship in the Middle East, but no, this is Australia, and people have obviously had enough. Seeing the police breaking through the ranks and attacking the protesters, people began to run in the streets. The newscaster in the first video admits that people have been pushed to the edge and are now lashing out.

But can you blame them?

In a country of 25 million people, there is no reason to lock down every time there is one or even hundreds of COVID cases. This is not a sustainable strategy because zero COVID is impossible. Humans are not robots. They have emotional, physical and spiritual needs, but the Australian government ignores all these needs when it continues to violate the rights of its citizens.

Social interaction and apparent freedom are necessary for normal operation. At some point, the existence of risk no longer becomes the dominant factor, and this has already been “passed down”. You can’t lock people at home indefinitely.

Yes, I know that the vaccination rate is very low, but this is the fault of the Australian government because it did not let most compliant people get what they need. In most cases, Australians are not like Americans. They tolerated tyranny under the guise of protecting their neighbors. But the situation has become untenable. In Western democracies that have direct ties to the United States and the United Kingdom, there is no excuse for still lacking vaccines.

This failure should not continue to be placed on the shoulders of the abused. Australians have had enough, and if the situation does not change, things will only get worse. You can only push people far away, and then they will shrink back.
