Compulsive liar: A liar who lies out of habit.
Compulsive liars distort the truth of everything, no matter how big or small. For a liar with obsessive-compulsive disorder, telling the truth is very embarrassing and uncomfortable, and lying feels right. Many of them find it easy to avoid confrontation with the truth, so they insist on lying.
There are several reasons why compulsive liars lie. However, It’s always easy to find out if they are lying, because their stories usually don’t add up.
They are also obvious, showing typical lying behaviors, such as avoiding eye contact, sweating, Tripped over or boundless by their words.
They know the difference between reality and lies.

Pathological liar: A liar who keeps lying to achieve his goals and barely realizes it.
Pathological liars are usually Goal-oriented (I.e. focus, A person lied to achieve their purpose).they have Little consideration or respect for the rights and feelings of others. They are generally considered to be manipulative and cunning.
Pathological liars will fabricate exaggerated stories, which may be maintained or adjusted over time, and They often believe their lies or have a weak grasp of reality. Unlike compulsive liars, pathological liars are almost impossible to be caught in behavior.
These people are good liars because They keep lying and make up stories unnecessarily, And usually, it becomes extremely difficult to distinguish true and false statements.

Sometimes the truth is difficult. Some people have a tendency to “not tell the truth” because they are weak. Or maybe it’s because they are afraid of making mistakes.
