CoxReps, a subsidiary of Cox Media Group (CMG) and the country’s largest radio and television advertising representative company, today announced the appointment Anhel Change to president, effective immediately. Hailer has served as chief operating officer since 2019, and in her new role as president, she will use the positive momentum she has taken the lead in the organization to strengthen operations and develop business strategically.
As a proven leader and media industry veteran, Hailer has spent most of her career at CMG. During her tenure, Hailer has held various sales, management and key leadership positions, and has assumed more and more Responsibility. During her most recent role as COxReps COO, she used her 25 years of media experience to effectively guide the operations and procedures of sales, analysis, technology and business development. Prior to serving as Chief Operating Officer, she was Senior Vice President and Director of Sales.
Hailer’s long-term work at CoxReps has benefited from her belief that no matter what role she plays, she always has the opportunity to be both a mentor and a student. Therefore, Hailer served as the chairman of the CMG Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee from 2016 to 2019 and is an active member of the CMG Executive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. She is also a member of the executive board of TVB and has been a member of the Detroit AdCraft Group since 1993.
