Fall Bourbon Cocktail Recipe

With hints of ginger, baking spices and toasted pecans, this balanced and delicious cocktail is the perfect fireside companion.
raw material
- 1.5 oz toasted pecan-infused bourbon
- 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 0.5 oz ginger syrup
- 1 teaspoon allspice jam
- pinch of salt
- soda to the top
direction
Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker jar filled with ice. Shake well, then strain into a 10- or 12-ounce glass with ice. Top off with soda water and garnish with a dried orange wheel.
