Eating healthier can sometimes be difficult, but when you find a recipe that is delicious and easy to make, you have to share it with everyone!
My family loves shrimp and this is a favorite recipe! I hope you like it!
raw material:
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and gutted
- 8 ounces bell mushrooms
- 3 ounces baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh or dried basil
- ½ cup chicken stock
- ½ cup half and half
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
direction:
- Toss shrimp with salt and pepper and sprinkle with basil.
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet, cook shrimp over medium heat until pink, then toss both sides well. Remove from frying pan.
- Melt remaining butter in frying pan and add garlic. Saute until fragrant and add chicken stock and spinach.
- Mix half and half with cornstarch and pour over wilted spinach. Stir the mixture until it starts to thicken.
- Add Parmesan cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
- Pour in the shrimp and mix well.
- Sprinkle with basil and serve.
