Currently, all adult guests must be vaccinated against COVID before boarding. However, starting in January, every passenger 5 years and older must be vaccinated against COVID before boarding any Disney cruise ship.
Cruise line Statement on Wednesday Indicates that it will no longer accept negative COVID tests, and the requirements will take effect on January 13, 2022.
Currently, Disney Cruise Line continues to require all eligible passengers (based on US eligibility requirements) to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) while sailing. This will be a requirement for all passengers 5 years and older (US and international) who start sailing on or after January 13, 2022. Passengers who are not eligible for vaccination due to their age must provide proof that the COVID-19 test result is negative (paid by the guest) to be taken between 3 days and 24 hours before the sailing date. On voyages departing before January 13, 2022, passengers between the ages of 5 and 11 can complete this test requirement without having to be fully vaccinated. Passengers 4 years and younger must complete the test requirements. The test should be a NAAT test, a rapid PCR test, or a laboratory-based PCR test. Does not accept rapid antigen testing.
