The sad fact is that the Biden gang told companies to ignore court orders that interfered with authorization.
Soon after the Fifth Circuit issued a national injunction, you received White House Press Secretary Karin Jean-Pierre.
“We don’t think people should wait. We say don’t wait to take action to ensure your workplace is safe. Jean-Pierre told the White House daily press conference that it is important and critical to wait for more people to be vaccinated. Vaccines will cause more epidemics and diseases.
“This is to keep people safe in the workplace. So what we are seeing is more business and school closures and more unemployment, which plunges us into the pandemic that we are trying to end.”
She added: “We are trying to get through this pandemic and we know one way is to get people vaccinated. So people should not wait. They should move on and make sure to get vaccinated in the workplace.”

Large companies know that regardless of the court’s comments on this authorization, they cannot ignore Biden’s instructions. They know that if regulators show that they are not part of the team, they will snoop around. They knew they would be quietly severed from the federal contract.
In short, Biden is doing something Trump has been accused of planning and never completely done. Biden is using the power of the federal government to force companies to comply with clearly illegal and unconstitutional vaccine regulations, which have been overturned by the Federal Circuit, otherwise.
This pattern of behavior will continue as Biden’s ability to formulate policies disappears at the beginning of the elections at the end of next year. He will have to show something to his base in 2022, otherwise he will face a full-scale outbreak (unlike his alleged situation in the Vatican, which will be iconic rather than literal), and his last two years will Used to resist congressional investigations.
