In Nuremberg and Fürth in Middle Franconia, two women have been defrauded of five-figure amounts since April. A spokesperson said that the therapist allegedly approached them in the street and provided cash to avoid injury.

After one of the rituals, one of the victims received the money, said to be in a package, but found only a few pieces of paper inside and lodged a complaint. In the third case, the victims gave these women thousands of euros and jewelry.

The spokesperson said that there is still no trace of the stolen goods. Kripo continues to investigate and check whether the suspect is responsible for similar actions. Among other things, the police arrested them on Wednesday after receiving prompts from the public.
