A sort ofOn the bare concrete wall hang portraits of women dancing and undressing here in the 1990s. Classic black and white photos taken by professionals: Onella and Simone from Bratislava, Xavera from the Philippines to Frankfurt, Italian Deborah. Max Coga was a child when the stripper was undressed in front of a man.
Now, at the age of 32, he controls the fate of the “Queen of Spades”, the oldest nightclub in Frankfurt’s red light district. In 1959, his grandfather opened this store. After him, Coga’s father and uncle Oliver and Thorsten Gauß ran the company. The two continue to work with the company, but from now on, it will be Coga who sets the tone for the Elbestrasse club. “Now it’s my turn,” he said confidently.
