- Mix the dry ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, combine flaxseed powder, flaxseed, and spices.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204 degrees Celsius).

In a large bowl, stir together flaxseed meal, flaxseed, sea salt, and black pepper. If needed, add optional Italian seasoning and garlic powder, or any other dried herbs or spices you like.

Pour in water and mix well until a uniform dough is formed.

Place the dough between two pieces of lightly greased dough parchment Roll it into a thin rectangle about 12 x 9 inches (30 x 23 cm) and 1/8 inch (3 mm) thick.
