It can be complicated, but there are some small changes you can make at home, from finding better beauty products to replacing old appliances, to become more environmentally friendly. White goods such as refrigerators, freezers and washing machines are essential items for modern households. We all have them and need them. However, some people are very power hungry and this gets worse as they age. It is recommended that you replace your white goods approximately every 10 years. This ensures they don't use more resources than they should. However, it also gives you the opportunity to purchase higher Class A efficiency products, which may use less electricity and water.

Reduce household consumption
