Alexander Kun, 27

Kueng and Lane were the first police officers to arrive outside the food store, and Freud was accused of buying cigarettes through forged 20-dollar bills.

In the fatal encounter, the prosecutor said that Kueng was between Chauvin and Lane, kneeling on Floyd’s back, with his hands on Floyd’s left wrist in handcuffs.

The prosecutor stated in the complaint that after Freud became unresponsive, it was Kueng who checked his right wrist pulse and said: “I can’t find one.” The complaint stated that none of the officials left their positions.

Thomas Lane, 38 years old

The prosecutor said that after arriving at the scene with Kueng, it was Ryan who ordered Freud to get out of the car and handcuff him.

After Freud refused to enter the back seat of the police car, Chauvin, Kueng and Lane used their own weight to restrain Freud to the ground. The complaint stated that Ryan was placed on his lap and “kneeled on them and pressed them with his hands.”

Once, Ryan asked, “Should we let him sideways?” Xiao Wan replied, “No, stay where we found him.” Ryan then said, “I’m worried about excited delirium or something,” Xiao Wen Say, “That’s why we let him lie on the ground.”

Totao, 35 years old

After Freud was handcuffed, Tao and Xiao Wen arrived at the scene together.

Although Shao was the only police officer among the four police officers who had no physical contact with Freud, the prosecutor stated that he knew directly how Xiao Wan and others restrained him.

Thao stood looking at the onlookers gathered at the scene, allowing himself to stand between them and the three other police officers lying on Freud.

The complaint stated that when a bystander walked off the side of the road, “begged Xiao Wan to get down from Mr. Freud and (Tao) put his hand on the citizen and told him to step back.
