Harvard’s actions.
In order to help students deal with social betrayal, the school organized a Anti-racism resources Web page.
The categories of “self-care” include “free emotional health resources” and “mindfulness and guided meditation.”
Another: “Black-led mental health resources.”
The second on this list is the “Liberation Meditation App”.
The link clearly states that Liberate is “provided by and for blacks, aboriginals, and people of color,” also known as “BIPOC.”
Liberate seems to be designed to relax users and compliment a part of Black Lives Matter.
The following is how Liberate charges Apple App Store:
Liberate is our meditation app, owned by us black people. We are not just a meditation app, we are also a safe space for the black community to develop daily meditation habits. Anyone is welcome to use Liberate, we just want to know who we are for.
“Through popular meditation and conversation, such as the joy of gratitude, healing mindfulness, and for your ancestors,” it continued, “we provide a meditation journey that tells the reality of modern black people. Our carefully curated library has Over 260 books, led by teachers of color who represent their extensive experience and ancestry in practice.”
Several key areas:
- interconnection
- Anxiety and stress
- Ancestral Healing
- Internalized racism
- Overcome addiction
- Slight aggression
One of the talks on the app is titled “Dharma on Black Life Issues”, which compares BLM to a religion.
As pointed out Campus reform, The Dharma Directive “provides an insight into the history and development of the black fate and fate movement, its relationship with meditation, [sic] Buddha in history. “
CR pointed out that “Hindus believe that Dharma is a set of moral rules governing the universe.”
Shanté Smalls, an associate professor at St. John’s University who leads meditation, inspires the audience:
“When the Buddha in history woke up… He achieved it through pain, by observing the true face of the world, which he had never seen before…. So these women, with black female radicalism Based on its long history, it is said that the fate of black people is also fate. Don’t you know that this caused an uproar.”
As always, a question looms: “The life of a black man is also a fate” means that black life is precious—this idea almost everyone agrees—or does it call for black life? Marxist inspired Black Lives Matter™, which claims to focus on Disintegration of the nuclear family And promotion Transgenderism?
Regardless, Harvard has always been the headline news:
Harvard will hold free music business courses, open to all races except white people
Harvard professor insisted that there are two genders, colleagues “shocked”
Polyamory gets pushed again, this time from Harvard Law
It seems determined to make the world a better place.
Just as the school knows exactly how, liberationd Student Union learn Professor Shanté is as follows:
“In academia, we talk about the consequences of slavery. The consequences of slavery are like it never died, because we have [a] The prison system and the criminal justice system focusing on blacks and browns and people with intellectual disabilities. “
The app has also been endorsed by the University of Augsburg, Merrimack College and the University of Rochester.
Although some people may think that Liberate is divided, Harvard has previously delved into the digital world to provide a great value service that everyone agrees:

Also, near the beginning of this article, I pointed out that Liberate ranks second in the list of “Black-Led Mental Health Resources”.
