This, in turn, will allow HCPH to more quickly understand customer needs and address product and cash loans, payment status, account balances, product availability, partner brands, retail stores, gift payments, and more.
The new 24/7 service operates across multiple touchpoints, allowing customers to seek help from a customer service representative with their concerns by messaging through HCPH’s official Facebook and Twitter accounts.
