If you choose not to watch the video (I will not blame you), what you see is a red SUV driving into the center of the parade at high speed. The car first hit a marching band member who seemed more sparsely populated, and then accelerated into a denser crowd, which reportedly included a children’s dance group.
A woman living on Main Street said that she saw the SUV barrel through a dance team of 9 to 15-year-old girls.
She said that the immediate response was silence, followed by screaming, running, and checking the injured person. @fox6now

Some witnesses and family members are updating what they have seen or been told about what happened.

The car involved has been found, and a suspect has been reportedly detained. However, other reports claimed that the gunfire sounded, which may be the sound of police chasing the SUV before it crashed into the crowd.
