article -I was listening a few weeks ago Stationery Track Podcast (Because I am a diary, pen and stationery fanatic) and they mentioned that you can send a postcard with a postage stamp with a return address to Blue origin It will be added to the payload of future space missions, after which it will be mailed to you. The idea of owning an object in a rocket and space sounds exciting and super annoying, so of course I am interested!
I found some cardstock in the drawer and checked the correct size on the card Future club Blue Origin website with my Gadgeteer logo printed on the front. Yes, Gadgeteer is going to space!

On the back of the postcard, I scribbled on a rocket ship and added my address, stamp and date so that I can know how long it will take to reply to me.
Then I put the postcard in an envelope and mailed it to the club’s future address. It was sent between 7-14-21, and I didn’t forget it until it arrived in my mailbox a few days ago. Check the postmark in the first picture. It says it is Flow to space —— Blue origin —— In New ShepardThe New Shepard is one of the blue origin rocket ships. How cool is it? !
There is no way to know which mission this card is on, but… I searched it on Google New Shepard launch date And found that from when I sent the card to when I received it, there were only 3 tasks.
NS-16 – July 20, 2021 – The first human mission
NS-17-August 26, 2021-payload mission
NS-18-October 13, 2021-Human Mission
Since I sent the postcard on July 14th, it seems to me unlikely that it will appear in the mission on July 20th. I assume that Blue Origin received the postcard at least 3 days after I mailed it so that it does not have much time to participate in the task.
So my postcard must be one of the remaining two missions. I crossed my fingers and said that this is the mission on October 13th, because… The same task performed by William Shatner (aka Captain Kirk)!
Even though my postcard is different from the new Shepard space mission performed by William Shatner, it’s still very cool used to be On the rocket that really goes into space!
If you want to know, the future postcards to the Space Service Club should be for children, but hey, I swear I will never grow up, so there! Because it is free, except for the price of 2 stamps, I want to know what exactly it is. 🙂
If you want to enjoy this kind of fun too, please go to Blue Origin Rocket to send your own postcard to space clubforfuture.org! It will boldly go to places where there are few postcards! Sorry, I can’t resist 🙂
