Infinix today announced its new NOTE 12 series, which includes a high-performance variant with the thinnest 120W Hyper Charge design, a sleek 6.7-inch FHD+ Super Light AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 108MP cinematic triple cameras, and more.
The range includes two variants – NOTE 12 VIP, NOTE 12 G96, which offer a full range of innovative performance features such as aerospace-grade ultra-thin fiberglass, up to 5GB of expanded random access memory (RAM), and 103 charge and battery protection Keep users’ devices safely charged when needed.

The NOTE 12 VIP is the thinnest smartphone and comes with ultra-fast 120W Supercharging speeds, making this lightweight smartphone more portable than ever, while keeping it powered throughout the day.
Infinix integrates the NOTE 12 VIP smartphone with a 120W Hyper Charge and 4500mAh battery to provide users with maximum battery capacity and supersonic charging speeds, taking the device from 0% to 100% battery in just 17 minutes1. To help with fast charging, Infinix uses dual charge pumps and dual batteries. This enables the NOTE 12 VIP to adjust voltage and current to the optimum ratio and double the available input.
The NOTE 12 VIP has a sleek and sophisticated design and high-performance features that make it the ideal smartphone. The device is the first to use an aerospace-grade ultra-thin fiberglass material with the feel of glass and the strength of carbon fiber. This material gives the NOTE 12 VIP its lightweight proportions and ultra-sleek design of 7.89mm that weighs only 199 grams.
This more advanced design includes a 6.7-inch 3 FHD+ Super Light AMOLED display that provides users with a crisp screen with key image features such as 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 10-bit color depth with over 1 billion colors, and High contrast. The AMOLED display features a flexible screen that enables a stunning 3.1mm narrow lower bezel and a 93.1% screen-to-body ratio with enhanced screen impact resistance. The display also offers users a silky-smooth visual experience with a 120Hz super refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling, which syncs instantly with every swipe.
The NOTE 12 VIP smartphone’s 108MP cinematic triple camera consists of a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a depth lens with laser-detection autofocus for great-looking photos. The camera uses a large 1/1.67-inch sensor with an ultra-high resolution of 12000×9000. It supports 9-in-1 pixel binning, resulting in large 1.92μm pixels that absorb more light for maximum detail. The addition of laser detection autofocus also effectively improves the focus of the phone in low light conditions.

The NOTE 12 VIP will be available in 256GB in Cayenne Gray and Force Black; the NOTE 12 G96 will be available in 128GB and 256GB in Sapphire Blue, Force Black and Snowfall.
The NOTE 12 VIP sells for about $299, while the NOTE 12 G96 starts at about $199. The series will include changes based on customer and market needs. Prices and availability vary by region.
Neither phone is likely to launch in the UK.
