The stupid thing about this is that even if Biden wants to do this, there is no reason to leave the idea behind. Throwing that bomb into an already fragile political situation will not help to encourage vaccination. On the contrary, it will cause more division and strong opposition. In addition, there is absolutely no way to enforce the federal level of vaccine tasks, so why make recommendations when it will only cause more damage to the cause?
