In the past week, there have been Multiple reports The staff in Kamala Harris was dysfunctional and demoralized, and people even left and headed to the mountains. This is similar to the report Harris received during the campaign.
Another person with direct knowledge of how Harris’ office works said: “People are thrown under the bus from the highest point. The fuse is short. This is an abusive environment.” “This is not a healthy environment. People often feel that they are being affected. Abuse. This is not a place where people feel supported, but a place where people feel treated.”
So, how can we avoid people thinking that she is a bad boss and treating her employees badly?

But despite the obvious efforts, people still don’t buy it. This action is a bit too obvious. Thinking that forcibly smiling at the camera does not really eliminate these reports, because they are said to involve so many people. This will not convince anyone.
