BIt doesn’t look pretty, a photo of Marc Jacobs’ bandaged face. This photo of an American fashion designer posted on Instagram on Wednesday after a plastic surgery shows a thick bandage wrapped around his head and tube to drain blood and fluid from the scar.
“Yesterday,” the 58-year-old let his 1.6 million subscribers know about it—and used a hashtag to reject gravity. It is said that Jacobs and New York plastic surgeon Andrew Jacono underwent the operation together. Doctors are considered to be the masters of deep plane plastic surgery, in which the entire face is lifted by one layer.
Jacobs has been modified with a scalpel in the past. Among them, the former creative director of Louis Vuitton now sells his fashion under his own name, and his nose has widened a few years ago.
On Wednesday, many supporters praised Jacobs for his openness. “I think it’s admirable that you don’t hide this program,” wrote a fan of the fashion designer, who lives in Rye, northeastern Manhattan with his husband, Charly Defrancesco.
