New week, new meal plan! We’re putting gusto on hold this week because I’ve made a big store so we’ll be using it in our meal planning. We also plan to go out for a few days, so I will have lunch to take with me. I can pause our Gousto subscription at any time, which is handy, and it’s really handy when we’re out like this week or on vacation. So we’ll be back to using it soon.
Now for the meal plan for the week.

on Monday
KFC-inspired air-fried chicken Fakeaway. Quick and easy, served with tortillas and salads.
Tuesday
Chicken and leeks baked with new potatoes. Everyone loves this and it’s so easy to make. I used Schwartz’s recipe mix and it was amazing.

Wednesday
We’re going out today, so I’ll prepare some sandwiches and snacks.
Thursday
Halloumi, potato and spring vegetable frittata with salad.
Friday
Lamb Balti and Pilaf with Cheese and Coriander Naan. New recipe for this and we have takeaway lamb balti so thought I’d try making it at home.
Saturday
We’re going out today so we’ll bring a packed lunch and have some tea.
Sunday
Homemade cheeseburger and fries. All the sides, double patty with cheese, lettuce and homemade Big Mac sauce.
