Well yes, it felt like a 6 degree temperature yesterday and I kind of hate to talk about it. April is only a few days away, and no matter what Vermont decides to do with the weather, I’m in pretty good spirits in spring and dreaming of summer. I knew before we knew it, hot days in tennis suits and shorts were coming. I have some old favorites and new sustainable activewear and I’m so excited for the season ahead. Hiking, tennis, golf, biking and walking around the village with friends, I’m ready. Here are some cute, comfy, and very functional workout clothes I’m going to wear this spring and summer.
Spring/Summer Sustainable Activewear
dress
Outdoor Voices, Sportswear
this sportswear One of my favorite workout clothes from last summer. It’s comfortable, super light, supportive, and very cute. I have Provence and white (unfortunately, white is a bit see through). It’s great for tennis, but also for anything. Walking, golfing, hiking and everyday wear, especially with toddlers. It has a built-in shorts lining with pockets, adjustable shoulder straps, and I like that it’s not super short. Can’t say enough good things, this is great if you’re looking for activewear. It’s really bouncy and a little big. If you want it to fit the size, if not order the true size.
leggings
Mountain Daily Leggings
I am actually Johor I am a fan. They probably don’t need an introduction to most of you, but if you haven’t heard of them, they’re a sustainable activewear brand known for joggers (they’re super comfortable). The brand gave me some leggings and sweatshirts and I was impressed with the comfort and quality. I love that they have minimal waste packaging and use sustainable materials. everyday leggings Really comfortable and I love them for walks, hikes, indoor tennis and yoga.
Pact ribbed high-rise leggings
These ribbed leggings are a recent purchase and are fantastic. Definitely more like spring leggings Than in summer because they are thicker, but absolutely perfect now. I love the ribbed details and they are super soft (made from organic cotton). I wear these every day There are also walks/hikes.
Summersalt Does It All High Waist Leggings7/8
I got these last spring and they are One of my favorite leggings for summer.Especially for outdoor yoga classes, they are not too thick or too hot but provide a good shade from the sun. I like 7/8 because they hit above my ankle.

shorts
girlfriend group sports skirt
I bought this dress last year to play golf Because seriously, women’s golf apparel can be rough. It’s super cute and comfy with built-in shorts and hidden mesh pockets (honestly not super useful, but nice for very small items like debit cards). I resize like most girlfriends do. The fit is high waist and mid-thigh.

Perfectly sized, with multiple zippered compartments, adjustable shoulder straps and buckle closure, made of waterproof recycled nylon. Yes! It is light and comfortable to wear. It also comes in several other colors. I rarely wear anything with pockets when it’s hot, so this is perfect.
Bras and Tops
Mountain Yosemite Bra
Really comfortable sports bra Just the right amount of support. It has removable cups and the fabric is super soft. I love the back detail of the straps. I’m not a runner, but I’ve walked, done yoga and played tennis in it and it’s holding up just fine.

Pact Frayed Sweatshirt
I’m so happy Match this sweatshirt. It reminds me of a cropped one I bought from Aerie, but this one is better. Just the right length and perfect weight. Spring is warm enough but not too heavy.
