If a school child is infected with new coronary pneumonia, not all students will have to be quarantined in the future. The federal states have agreed on corresponding “guardrails” for health authorities.

So far, if an infected student is found in the classroom, the isolation period in these countries/regions is 14 days. Sometimes only the person sitting next to you is quarantined, sometimes the entire class.
The federal and state health ministers have also paved the way for booster vaccinations for people who were vaccinated six months ago. For example, in nursing facilities and other facilities where there are so-called vulnerable groups, employees should be provided with enhanced vaccination. According to the decision of the Minister of Health, this should also apply to people who are in regular contact with infected persons-such as medical staff. After individual consideration, people over 60 years of age who have been vaccinated more than 6 months ago can also be considered. The Robert Koch Institute should separately demonstrate booster vaccination.
