Design and features
I have always been a fan Olight’s ultra-thin flashlight, very easy to carry it’s been a while. For several years, I have always had an Olight flashlight in my EDC mix, and its simplicity and ruggedness have made it my first choice.

Using Olight’s latest product, Beagle, you will first notice the wide, very textured scales on the G10 handle.The handle and the blade are one Tactical The style is matte black, with an interesting, shiny blue finish on the thumb nails, pivots and screws.
There is a matte black pocket clip that can be placed on the other side of the handle or completely removed. But it can only be placed on the bottom of the knife near the lanyard hole, so the knife can only be carried in an “upward” position.
Opening the Olight Beagle handle folding knife requires a lot of force on the thumb nail. I have many knives opened in this way, and the Beagle requires more force than I have experienced with other knives.
So we quickly received my complaint against Beagle. I want a flipper on the back of the blade to push it slightly during opening. Or, if the thumb stud is located far away from the pivot to increase leverage. I think any of these options will go a long way. I did get used to it in the end, but for a while, getting from pocket to ready to use was just an additional hurdle.
Despite this small problem, due to the bearing in the pivot, the action of opening the blade is very smooth, and the wide, textured lining lock snaps into place with a satisfying click. When opened, the lock is located on the outside of the center and has an uneven texture where the index finger is placed naturally.
It stretches along about a quarter of the blade’s spine to provide extra grip, which reminds me of the thicker version of the reed edge of the silver dollar.
The Olight Beagle handle folding knife has a harpoon-shaped blade, which rises sharply along the spine before bending the wedge down to the tip. The blade is mostly beveled, but it does have an elongated plane extending from the thumb bolt to 3/4 of the blade length.
The blade is made of 154CM high carbon stainless steel, with excellent sharpness, anti-rust, anti-corrosion, anti-chip or breakage. Many advanced knives, such as Benchmade and Gerber, also use this steel in their blades. It is well suited for normal EDC tasks, but can also handle more demanding cutting applications.The black finish gives it a cool tactical look. During my (undeniably short) time with the knife, the finish did not get scratched or scratched, although it may will over time.
Overall, the Olight Beagle folding knife with handle is a spectacular, sturdy knife and a perfect addition to your pocket arsenal.

Final thoughts
I found extremely Nothing to complain a lot of Like the Olight Beagle handle folding knife.Its size fits Electronic data center, It’s easy to grasp, it It looks like It’s great, it keeps the edges for a long time and is easy to sharpen. What else can you ask for? Except for the flippers a little more steel, but hey…I will get a stronger thumb, right?
