Review – A few months ago, I installed a Honeywell WiFi thermostat in my home. Soon after the beginning of summer, my phone started to receive alerts from the thermostat about the high humidity in my home. I quickly decided that I needed a dehumidifier. Before I buy, I have the opportunity to test and review this ORFELD dehumidifier and wireless mini dehumidifier combo kit.
What is it?
ORFELD dehumidifier and wireless mini dehumidifier combination package can cover 2200 cubic feet (50-240 square feet). It has 7-color LED lights. It is easy to carry and suitable for families, including basements, bedrooms or wardrobes.

Both dehumidifiers are made of plastic. On the top of the main unit, there are multi-function buttons and a large surrounding vent. The AC plug is on one side. The reservoir is located at the back of the bottom of the unit, and there is a window on the opposite side to view the water level.
This mini unit is sealed by a color-coded indicator and vent on the front. The built-in AC plug is on the back.
Performance
The initial setup is very simple. Just plug in the water tank and plug in. Press the multi-function button and select the LED color (optional).
The AC plug did stick out a bit.
The figure below shows the water level after about 3 hours.
The next photo shows the water level after about 3 days. (I installed it in a larger area than recommended)
The device provides 7 colors of LED lights to choose from, but as the light changes, there will be shadows between them. The LED color selection is done by pressing and holding the multi-function button on the top after the device is turned on. When you see the color you like, release the button. It can also be used as a night light very well.
The rechargeable mini dehumidifier only needs to be plugged in and charged for 10 to 15 hours to work.
After the device is charged, the front window should show that the crystal has turned blue. Just place it in a closet or safe, etc. anywhere you like. When the crystal turns pink, it’s time to recharge.

Final thoughts
Before installing this device, I kept receiving high humidity alerts from the wireless thermostat. Because I installed this device, I don’t have it. Although this result may not be 100% attributable to the addition of this dehumidifier to the environment, the water in the reservoir shows that it is playing an indispensable role.
