Happy Sunday. I’m back with my first week of outfits for the year. When I asked what you would like to see more on the blog, it was a strong request. I don’t usually have a blog post on Sunday, but I wanted to try it out and see how it goes, because sometimes people like to think/plan outfits ahead of time. Maybe this will give you some ideas for the week ahead! This costume is actually from two weeks ago because I was recovering from a stomach bug last week, yes. Here’s the outfit of the week!

on Monday
After the holidays, which was a big job-catch day for me, Kelly and I also planned our editorial calendar for January and February together. This is my favorite comfy outfit when I want to keep it together but be super comfy.

Wednesday
I skipped Tuesday because I forgot to take pictures (can’t even remember what I did). We received a log rope on Wednesday, so Craig and I had to spend the morning moving it to the backyard and stacking it. I go for warmth and comfort.

Thursday
If you get my newsletter, you’ve probably seen me talking about my favorite color combo right now, black and tan. I have a lot of tan, camel, beige and brown in my closet and I’m getting a bit bored with all of it. It wasn’t until I got my hands on these jeans that I realized how much I love the black and tan combo. Obviously, this is an email/blog writing day since I don’t really leave the house.

Friday
We planned to have dinner at a pizza place with friends and their kids and what was supposed to be 7 people turned out to be 20 people. It was really fun to see everyone and have a chill night after the holidays (but not really since they have 10 kids).

Saturday
It was our friend’s 40th birthday, so we went to Saskadena Six to ski, skin, ski and move.It’s an 80’s theme and I have to attach a picture of the cake I got from there excellent baking In town because of how much fun it is? !
