Review – I like biscuits, cakes, pies, chocolate, and basically anything with sugar. This may explain why I became a pre-diabetic patient in 2004, when I ate Poparts and regular Coke for breakfast. Oops! I don’t do this anymore, but I still like sweets. I’m just smarter about what I put in my body. That’s why I insist on being lazy, relaxed, ketone Lifestyle, I usually only indulge in foods and snacks that I know will not make my blood sugar soar. The latest snacks I had the opportunity to test are from Revol Snax, oh my goodness, they are awesome!
What is it?
Revol Snax is a kind of biscuit and nut butter. It tastes sweet, but it is not ordinary sugar. Instead, it uses temptation sugar and luo han guo sweetener that does not raise blood sugar. This means that they are very suitable for people on Keto and Palio diets and for diabetic patients who maintain a low carbohydrate diet.
Revol Snax bite
Revol Snax biscuit bites are delicious bites, each serving (2 bites) contains only 1 gram of carbohydrates and 4 servings per pack. The four flavors include Double Dark Chocolate, Almond Dark Chocolate, Mocha Latte and Snickers.
The ingredients are all clean/organic ingredients. They vary by taste. But for example, double dark chocolate contains organic coconut, almonds, organic hemp protein, non-GMO allulose, organic cocoa, organic coconut oil, hazelnuts, organic cocoa powder, sea salt and monk fruit extract. Two bites are 110 calories, 4 grams of protein and only 1 gram of carbohydrates.
Biscuit bites may look a bit like animal droppings, but let me tell you, they are amazing. They are by far the best ketogenic/diabetic friendly cookies I have eaten. They don’t taste healthy at all 😉 They just taste delicious!
They are moist, with a little nut butter in the middle. I tried all flavours, my favorites are double dark chocolate and almond dark chocolate. Then there is the taste of Snickerdoodle, which to me does not taste like snickerdoodles, but just tastes like cinnamon or spice crackers. In the end it was a mocha latte for me, I just didn’t care too much.
Revol Snax Nut Butter
Revol Snax also offers two nut butters, which are as delicious as biscuit bites.
Just like a biscuit bite, Revol Snax Nut Butter has only clean organic ingredients, as shown on the label above. In addition, just like biscuit bites, every 2 tablespoons contains only 1 gram of carbohydrates.
There are two Revol Snax nut butter flavors, vanilla cookie cream and hazelnut cocoa. When you open the jar, it has oil on it, just like other natural canned nut butters you see. All you have to do is stir it with a spoon and you are good to go.
I have never been a big fan of cookie dough-flavored snacks because I never felt that they really tasted like cookie dough. But Revol Snax Vanilla Cookie Butter Nut Butter is just right. It even has a little sugary grit, you can get it with fresh cookie dough, I don’t mean it’s bad. it’s great!
Revol Snax Hazelnut Cacoa nut butter is also delicious. It has a rich chocolate flavor with a rich hazelnut background. I can eat the whole jar with a spoon, which is great.

Final thoughts
I have tried a lot of keto low-carb snacks, and so far, Revol Snax is at the top of my favorite list. They are made of high-quality raw materials, do not make my blood sugar soar, and they are very delicious. They are a bit expensive, but if you subscribe, you can save 10% on the regular price.
