The prosecutors have been presenting closing statements today. This is a festival of false and misleading information.
As we reported earlier, One of the most problematic things is that the prosecutor ADA Thomas Binger falsely claimed that when you carry a gun, you lose your right to self-defense.

This is totally wrong in law. If this is true, then you will never have a case of self-defense, and no one has a gun to claim self-defense. Perhaps this is the goal here-to use guns to question the right to self-defense. Binger also told them that if the person is unarmed, he cannot claim self-defense. This is also untrue.
Why does he say that? He tried to make an argument that Rittenhouse provoked the situation, which would allow him to argue that self-defense disappeared, As we reported earlier. But this does not mean that he will misstate the law and deceive the jury with statements that are not legally true.
But this is not the only lie told by the prosecution. Check out this bull festival from the points provided by the prosecutor for the jury.
This is how the prosecution framed the death of Joseph Rosenbaum. pic.twitter.com/vtA8dfvRJ9

It claimed that Joseph Rosenbaum was the first person to be shot and that he did not threaten Rittenhouse or attempt to take his gun. The prosecutor claimed that Rittenhouse was fired before Rosenbaum approached.
But according to Ryan Balch’s testimony, Rosenbaum did threaten to kill Rittenhouse, and apparently, he did want his gun, which is why he caught it, according to witness Rich McGinnis said. Those are witnesses who testified by Binge himself. Therefore, not only did he not tell the truth, but he also contradicted his witnesses. Not pretty.
Then there is this hot topic. According to Binger, Rittenhouse should stay and help Rosenbaum, apparently, let the crowd kill him instead of fleeing.
The prosecutor suggested that Kyle Rittenhouse should:
– Staying with Joseph Rosenbaum, Kyle just shot him
-Dial 911
-Tell the crowd what he just did
-Shooting warning
– Lost his rifle
– Surrender to the crowd pic.twitter.com/bJSjsdnM4N— Townhall.com (@townhallcom) November 15, 2021
When people catch up with him, what is the result?Geiger Grosskrutz Point a gun at his headAnthony Huber hit him in the head with a skateboard. The “crowd” is a threat to Rittenhouse-this is the problem. If he stays and/or does not defend himself, he has every reason to believe that they will chase him like Rosenbaum.
Obviously, the crowd can be “irritated”, but Rittenhouse is not. Binge argued that they were “irritated” by his act of holding a gun and defending himself. But according to this logic, they would not allow him to defend himself when they attacked him. He could only allow himself to be attacked.
Bingcu portrays the shot people as “heroes” and even claims that Huber gave his life to save others. I missed the most important point, that Huber chased someone without knowing what the facts were, and then attacked Rittenhouse on the head with a skateboard.
Bingge made a list of key points in his closing submissions.
He encouraged the jury to compare Rittenhouse with Anthony Huber, who said that the latter “carried a skateboard” and “rushed into danger.” pic.twitter.com/8GgEfatDpw

At the same time, he laughed at Rittenhouse’s efforts to help people.

We must see what the defense’s closing submissions are, but what is disturbing is that the jury has not refuted these lies so far, and they may be accepted because of this.
