The all-new Strix G now also comes with an NVIDIA RTX 3070Ti and a 150W TGP and MUX Switch, giving users the option of simply switching via ROG’s Armory Crate software to boost their graphics to the max or save battery life. ROG Boost and Dynamic Boost 150W help 7-phase power design GPUs utilize thermal headroom in real time, giving users higher frame rates and a competitive edge.
Additionally, next-generation DDR5 RAM clocked at 4800 MHz and PCIe® Gen 4×4 SSD keep the machine responsive and agile even during intensive tasks.

Powerful components require powerful cooling, so ROG has further improved its Intelligent Cooling™ Enhancement Kit. Strix G uses liquid metal on the CPU to improve heat transfer. Compared to traditional thermal paste, this high-end thermal compound reduces temperatures by up to 16°C, provides a higher continuous boost clock and prevents fans from cranking too fast to reduce noise levels.
84-Blade Arc Flow Fans™ Use variable thickness vanes on all 2022 Strix G laptops to improve airflow while reducing turbulence and noise. Up to four exhaust vents provide ample ventilation, and dust channels keep dust out of the system to prevent buildup over time. ROG’s 0 dB Ambient Cooling completely shuts down the fans during light workloads in silent mode for a truly noise-free experience.
