“We may all be ready”
After a year and a half in the studio, the time is ripe: Beyoncé is releasing a new album. “After experiencing the isolation and injustice of the past year, we are all ready to escape, travel, love and laugh again,” said the singer of Harper’s Bazaar magazine. Beyoncé keeps the title and release date of the album confidential. The last time a Grammy Award winner released a solo album (“Lemonade”) was in 2016. “Homecoming: Live Album” followed closely, recording their appearance at the 2018 Indy Okechela Music Festival. In the same year, Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z recorded the album “Everything Is Love” and represented the soundtrack film “The Lion King: Gift” in the studio. As the 39-year-old said in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, even after decades of experience, the production of one person is still a challenge. “Sometimes it takes me a year to find the right rhythm among thousands of notes.” (Ceh).)
