Review – I never think of myself as a nervous person, but I know that in some situations I will be a little anxious. I also know that my shoulders and neck are tight. For these reasons, I think learning meditation can help me. Over the years, I tried various applications and breathing techniques, but none of them achieved real success. Then I stumbled upon the Solu NOW tone therapy system, and I knew I had to try it. Let’s see if it helped me achieve the perfect Zen mentality.

Design and features
Solu NOW Tone Therapy System speakers (I will call them Solu speakers from now on) are 3 inches x 1.25 inches, and each speaker weighs about 9.6 ounces. The black chrome finishes on the sides and the black metal speaker cover with the Solu logo on the top make them feel well made and look great.
Each speaker has a micro USB port for charging and a micro SD card slot, which can hold an 8GB memory card and stored audio files.
There is a volume button and a power button at the bottom of each speaker.
How do you use the Solu NOW tone therapy system?
The first step in using Solu speakers is to charge them. A small LED next to the micro USB port provides a visual indicator of the charging status. The LED on each speaker lights up in red when charging, and goes out when charging is complete. According to Solu, a full charge can provide approximately 50 3-minute audio sessions before charging is required.
After charging, the next step is simple. Just press the power button on the bottom of one speaker, and then press the same button on the other speaker. After a short pause, the NOW tone will start playing. NOW stands for New Origin Waveform sounds, and they remind me of the singing bowls you might find in the New Origin Store. The tone is very pleasant and soothing. They resonate and vibrate in your head and body, which is difficult to explain but very pleasant.
The pitch is unpredictable, so even if you listen to the Solu speakers twice a day, you will not hear the same sequence and the way the tone is played multiple times. I don’t think you will always think that you hear the exact same sequence.
The NOW tone will play for 3 minutes and then stop automatically. You do not need to press the power button to turn off the speaker. They will close by themselves.
If you use speakers indoors, the default volume is the perfect level, but if you want to use them outdoors, you can increase the volume by pressing the + button at the bottom of each speaker.
Hear it in action
In real life, tones will bounce, echo, vibrate, rumble, etc. in your mind. It is very cool, and can easily focus on the tone, and this is what the system is all about. All you have to do is turn them on and focus on the sound. If your thoughts are erratic and your thoughts sneak in as you want, once you realize that this is happening, turn your attention back to the pitch. this is very simple!

If you have ever thought that learning meditation is difficult, then you must try the Solu NOW Tone Therapy Sound System. In short, these little speakers are: great. They don’t require you to sync with your phone, apps, or pay membership/subscription fees. You just need to charge the speakers, turn them on and focus on the sound. That’s it. this is very simple. It’s fun, twice a day, only 3 minutes a day.
At the beginning of this review, I mentioned that I don’t think I am a very stressed person. But when I checked my heart rate before and after using the Solu NOW system, my heart rate dropped significantly. Does this prove that the system helps relieve stress? It seems so. I just like how it feels when I use it.
