Sweeteners play an important role in keeping the sorbet smooth and delicious, but it’s also critical in keeping it soft enough to enjoy.That’s why I only use Besti Luo Han Guo Powder Allulose Blend for this recipe. It dissolves effortlessly in the sorbet base, tastes just like sugar, and prevents over-hardening – all while keeping this sorbet sugar-free!

Sorbet is a dairy-free snack made with only sugar and fruit – unlike sherbet, it is made with milk or cream. It’s light and refreshing, full of fresh fruit flavors. Sorbet is usually churned in an ice cream maker, but this easy version is made in a food processor. Of course, there’s no sugar in this keto sorbet recipe!
