When Americans face the prospect of reopening schools, some people are very scared.
Take an example: Austin resident Jenny Gillis recently issued an impassioned request.
According to Jenny’s website- Joy of heart and soul — She is “a high school English teacher who is passionate about cooking, organizing, and traveling.”
But her heart, soul, and happiness have been hurt: she will have to go to work, where her nose and mouth will not be blindfolded.
In Jenny’s hometown, the governor is fighting against orders.
Sunday, the Texas Tribune Announcing, “Standing with Governor Greg Abbott, the Texas Supreme Court has temporarily suspended the mask orders in Dallas and Bexa counties.”
The fight was fierce.
On the 11th, Federalist It pointed out that “Dallas County is a left-wing center in the Red State of Texas and is doing its best to defy Governor Greg Abbott’s ban on wearing masks…”
The media pointed out: “After the statewide order to wear masks was issued in July last year, it was revoked this spring.” The media pointed out that “Abbott issued an executive order in May prohibiting counties, cities, and school districts And health officials and other government entities wear masks. Singzhou.”
On the one hand, Teacher Jenny was upset.
As she explained in the video, this year is unique:
“I often have back-to-school anxiety…but this year, there is a shadow of normal…thinking that hangs over me.”
She was choked:
“There is still the thought,’If I die, who will take care of my child?'”
Or, what if she passes it:
“[I]If I give COVID to my students or my own children, but they die, how will I endure this situation? “
She is pretty sure that all teachers everywhere are the same in this respect:
“I want you to ask any teacher how he feels this year. I believe they will tell you that they have never experienced such anxiety…”
Jenny thinks that not having a mask is downright murderous. It seems that death is imminent:
“[I]It’s as if we are trying to protect our students from mass shootings that we know are about to happen, but there is nothing we can do…”

Jenny added: “Except for something we can do, it’s just that not everyone agrees that wearing a mask can stop attacks by students and faculty who may be sick.”
Of course she was right—not everyone agreed.
Actually, Dr. Fauci Sometimes disagrees with what Dr. Fauci said at other times:

These are chaotic times, and Jenny—I believe—is not alone.
Parts of the country are full of fear.
The teacher talked about “making emergency sub-plans in isolation and going to the hospital.”
“Continuous conversation,” she said, “is how to pay these bills. We want to know what legal rights we have because we have not fully implemented the rules for wearing masks.”
Maybe she would be comforted by some statistics.
forward The vaccine has been distributed, CDC According to reports, the survival rate of 0-19 years old from COVID in the United States is 99.99997%.
However, children are in danger: too many threats can cause harm.
COVID is one of them: according to CDCIn 2021/2021, 354 Americans aged 0-17 died from the virus.
take pneumonia: 859.
In contrast, consider National Security Council Causes of death of children aged 0-14 in 2019:
Car accident: 1282
Drowning: 645
Every New York Times, COVID was defeated by nine other threats to Americans under 18 in 2020:
- Injuried
- suicide
- cancer
- kill
- Congenital abnormalities
- heart disease
- influenza
- Chronic lower respiratory disease
- Cerebrovascular problems
Despite this, Jenny and many others still face concerns.
There is a state of extreme panic.
As a result, she heard the teachers “talk to finding an affordable lawyer so that they can make a will.”
Fortunately, for them, there is a vaccine.
In addition, there will be Mask mission Do everything well?
Either way, many children will undoubtedly still be masked.
Nevertheless, Jenny pointed out, “[A]We are worried about one size fits all. We are tired of fighting against parents who feel that wearing masks violates their rights. “
She is definitely not alone.
This is a terrible moment.
To make matters worse, according to NBC, these anti-maskers may be terrorist threats:
