According to a Newly released report From the New York State Attorney General’s Office, they found 11 cases involving sexual harassment by Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Now, one of the women-Brittany Comiso, the person identified in the report as “Administrative Assistant No. 1”-has filed a criminal case with the Albany County Sheriff’s Office.
Comiso Explain to Times Alliance She was asked to help Cuomo solve the technical problem of his mobile phone, and that was when she fumbled.
The governor came out from behind his desk and started groping for her in a sexual assault.
“It’s not just a hug,” she said. “He went, and I kind of liked,’Oh, the door is right there.’…I am ashamed that a woman who works here wants to come in and have a look….I’m afraid of this happening. Circumstances, because that’s not me, and it’s not the purpose of my coming here.”
“What he did to me was a crime. He broke the law.”
It continues to partially:
As the panic approached, it flashed in her mind that insulting the governor might cost her the career she had worked so hard to build.
“I said to him, I said,’You will cause us trouble,'” she recalled. “I don’t know what else to say. …It’s like’What are you doing?’ Just then, he slammed the door (closed). He said,’I don’t care.'”
He walked towards her a second time.
“I totally remember what I was wearing,” she said. “I remember he slammed (the door) so that I remembered thinking that I was sure the staff would say,’Is everything all right there?’ He came back and drew me closer, I just remember Seeing his hand, his big hand. I remember looking down at me,’Oh my God!'”
She said the governor reached under her shirt, and his hand grabbed one of her breasts and covered her bra.
Comiso was interviewed by “CBS This Morning” and Time Alliance on Sunday. The full interview should be broadcast tomorrow. This is an excerpt from it.

Jerica Duncan: Why did you file a criminal case with the Sheriff’s Office?
Brittany Commisso: This is the right approach. The governor needs to take responsibility…
Duncan: I know very well, once again, being responsible to you means seeing the governor accused of a crime?
Comiso: What he did to me was a crime. He broke the law.
At this point, there are many things that can and should ban Andrew Cuomo-from allegations of sexual harassment to thousands Who died After his order and subsequent cover-ups, in the nursing home.
Fortunately, there seems to be action again in this regard. There are many things circling, and maybe they are finally starting to take impeachment seriously. But maybe I am a cynical person. Cuomo believes he can tide over the storm, I’m not sure if he is wrong. This usually happens when there is a “D” after the name. I’m not sure if I believe he will be taken away, even if it is. I believe it when I see it.
