When I first wrote this article in March, I never thought we would experience a lockdown in November, but here we are. The gym is closing and the weather is terrible, which makes outdoor activities less attractive than in March.
Although there are many ways Free exercise at home, Things like exercise bikes can be great substitutes for gyms. They are more affordable and smaller than treadmills, and at the same time they are less noisy.
There are many options on the market and I believe most of us will like Peloton, but their monthly memberships are more than my gym memberships. I am a big fan of smart turbo trainers and Zwift, but they are also very expensive.
The currently available option on Amazon is a mixed bag, and it seems that the high demand means that there is not a lot of inventory for a while.

I have not personally used any of these bikes, I just highlighted the best reviewed ones on Amazon. I have included two Sportstech models because they have received good reviews, I just don’t like the fact that they have recently increased their prices.
If you are not very healthy, you may be able to use a bicycle with a lighter flywheel. For upright bicycles, their flywheels are lighter because they can use magnetic resistance to better control the difficulty.
If you use all fitness equipment, you get what you pay for. If you are very healthy, or want to greatly improve your health, then you will soon eliminate cheaper products.

This is an interesting option and probably the cheapest way to use Zwift. Although I am not sure how happy Zwift will be on Spin bikes.

Some companies are taking advantage of this by raising prices. The Sportstech brand, which claims to be a German quality brand, is particularly unfavorable for it. The prices of several products I checked have increased since March. These tend to be their (slightly) more affordable products, I think what most people are currently looking at,
For example, Sportstech RSX400 Rowing Machine From January to March 16th, the price was 359 pounds, then soared to 419 pounds, and now it is 429 pounds, which is almost a 20% price increase.This Sports Technology F17 The treadmill started at 529 pounds in January and is now 615 pounds. The price has increased by 16%. Their high-priced products do not seem to be affected.
