The Clement Retreats Rajasthan with Vilasa Luxury

With domestic travel booming due to the COVID-19 pandemic, more and more people, myself included, have been searching for unspoiled, well-preserved secret places where we can escape the city and discover more about our land. live inside. That’s how I found out Velassa Deluxe, a travel portal that creates and curates customized travel itineraries for you based on your tastes and travel preferences. I’ve been looking for more information about Rajasthan, although I’ve visited it many times before and they do!Me and my friend from Delhi to Karakodra Village then continue Della Dunes, Jamba We look at Rajasthan in a whole new light – from the enthusiasm of the people, to the remote areas we see, to the food we eat and of course the absolutely wonderful experiences we’ve been taken away from. We came back so refreshed!

we start from Deira Village in Karako About 6 hours drive from Derry. The property sits in an inconspicuous spot on the map, in the middle of a gourd plantation, where hyenas visit at night and witness local farmers firing air guns into the air to scare them off. Deira Village has 16 cozy cabins that almost remind me of my dad’s days in the army enjoying the Infantry Officer’s Dining Room – a close-knit family atmosphere, lush green lawns and outdoor bar setting, badminton options , a billiard room with a beautiful fireplace, perfect for cold winter nights, and a communal dining area for all guests to gather and dine. I love it!

I must mention specifically how incredible the food at Clement Resort is – they mostly use fresh organic produce grown on their own farm, while the rest is sourced locally to support neighboring farmers. It reminds you of delicious ghar-ka-khaana and unparalleled freshness, while introducing you to typical Rajasthani dishes and preparations that you may never have heard of. outstanding!

Della Dunes, Jamba The village of Deraa is an 8-hour drive away, but it’s also easily accessible via Jodhpur if you prefer to fly. Again, in the middle of nowhere, on the dunes, with 16 huts and stunning 360 degree views of the surrounding land, you can see some spectacular Rajasthan sunsets, and throughout the property there are beautiful spaces for your own relaxation, Catch up on reading some books and there’s a nice swimming pool!

We also experienced some amazing places like the salt pans in a nearby village called Baap where a local potter opened his home to us and visited the home of a weaver where he and his wife crafted Weaved the most popular rugs, witnessed thousands of Demoiselle Cranes flying in from Mongolia, stopping at Khichan to feed on the Jowar, who kept them in a secure enclosure to protect them and help them to Incredibly long migration journey and ended our stay with a desert camel safari and a beautiful sunset (with the best banana bread you’ll ever eat, no kidding). Can’t wait for you to see the lovely photos from this experience Velassa Deluxe and Clement Resort.

What a great way to chill out in the winter sun with some piping hot potato wedges and a beer!

We even managed to play a badminton game and several pool games.

It’s simply amazing to see these thousands of limpet cranes come to feed and rest early in the morning in Khichan, before flying in amazing arrow shapes.

I was deeply moved by the warm hospitality of all the staff. It was also special to be part of the Independence Day flag raising while we were there. We sang the national anthem and had laddoos. Excited as we were when we were kids!
