US Reported yesterday The FBI whistleblower leaked some disturbing information to Congress. The message was an email stating that contrary to the testimony of Attorney General Merrick Garland before Congress, the DOJ/FBI did not regard parents who opposed the school board’s actions as “domestic terrorists” , Their counter-terrorism department actually participated in the investigation of the issue and put a “threat label” on all “investigations and assessments of threats specifically directed at school board managers, board members, teachers, and staff”.
Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) asked Garland to answer why this is different from Garland’s previous testimony, and asked him to return to Congress to explain all this.

Rep. Jordan said that the whistleblower’s “disclosure provided concrete evidence that the federal law enforcement agencies had implemented anti-terrorism tools against the parents concerned at the request of the left-wing special interest group”, which meant at the request of the National Association of School Boards.
This is the FBI email in question.

FBI Responded Moreover, in doing so, they do more harm to themselves than good. They try to argue that this is standard practice and that parents who oppose school behavior are like drug dealers or human traffickers.
“Tags are just a statistical tool for tracking information, reviewing, and reporting. The establishment of threat tags will never change the long-term requirements for conducting investigations,” the FBI issued in a statement. “It doesn’t mean that the FBI’s way of prioritizing threats has changed. The FBI uses labels to track everything from drug trafficking to human trafficking.”
How good to have parents attend classes with drug dealers and human traffickers-this should be great.
Please note that they did not answer the reason for the involvement of the counter-terrorism department. What they didn’t do was list any federal crimes that could prove this action. As we reported earlier, Congress asked Merrick Garland to provide threat data to justify this action, and He did not do this.
This is not normal at all, because threats to school officials are usually not a federal problem: they are state/local problems. If they let the FBI participate, what reason does the Federation have to start all of this? They skipped that part directly.
In fact, if you check the whistleblower’s email, the FBI’s counter-terrorism email raises the same question—they want their agents to look for any “federal relations” (meaning the legitimacy of federal involvement), any potential Federal violations, and “what the motive of the crime was.”
But this is not how it should work. You should not look for crimes, trying to guide and justify your participation. They want to know the “criminal motive”? This does sound like they are targeting possible political motives.
