Canadian fashion tycoon Peter Nigard His case was postponed for another two weeks.
Nigard, who is facing allegations of sexual assault, made a short video appearance in a Toronto court this morning.
His next hearing is scheduled for November 26.
To face the charges, Nigard flew from Winnipeg to Toronto last month.
Toronto police announced on October 1 that they charged Nygard with six counts of sexual assault and three counts of forced confinement dating back to the late 1980s and mid-2000s.

He agreed to be extradited to the United States on the same day and faced a sex trafficking charge.
Nigard was arrested in Winnipeg under the extradition law last year.
The US authorities accused him of using his influence in the fashion industry to attract women and girls with models and other opportunities.
