The woman became pregnant in the bill and then campaigned for a new investigation into the case. She was able to persuade her biological mother to lodge a complaint. Based on DNA analysis, the fatherhood of the 74-year-old man who is now convicted was determined. The man previously denied that he was a father.

In court, the man admitted to having sex with a minor, but claimed that it was consensual. The girl pretended to be 16 years old. The judge dismissed this statement. The perpetrator tried to “put the blame on the victim.”
