After the Taliban occupied Afghanistan, a CNN staff member was threatened by the AK-47 of Taliban militants in Kabul.
CNN footage shows the media’s chief international reporter Clarissa Ward (Clarissa Ward) and her staff walking on a street in Kabul, followed by Taliban members.
She said to the camera, “These Taliban fighters are a bit dissatisfied with us, so let us move on”, and pointed out that the staff decided to leave the area and go to their car.
In the voice-over, she pointed out how a fighter jet removed the safety device from his AK-47 when passing through the crowd.

Ward said to the camera: “You can see some of these Taliban fighters, they are just adrenaline soaring, or I don’t know what it is. This is a very dangerous situation.”
“Suddenly, the other two Taliban attacked us,” Ward said in the voice-over.
When the crew reacted, the camera lens shakes and points to the ground.
“You can see their butts, lift them up and attack producer Brents Wells,” Ward said.
“When the soldiers were told that we had the right to report, they put down their weapons and let us pass.”
this is only second Time Ward described her team being threatened by Taliban fighters.
In another report on Wednesday, Ward said that two armed Taliban fighters came to her producer Swells while he was shooting a video on his iPhone, preparing to “whip him with a pistol.”
Ward said: “We had to intervene and scream. In fact, another Taliban fighter came in and said,’No, no, no, don’t do that, they are reporters.'”
