Last week we reported how Kyle Rittenhouse’s mother Wendy was on Fox News Do it right During the 2020 presidential campaign, President Biden criticized her son for “slandering”.
Specifically, Biden released a video about a month before Election Day, which included a clip that included scenes of the Kenosha violent riots led by BLM/Antifa in August 2020 and the racist summer in August 2017. Lotsville “tiki torch” incident-effectively the two, the latter happened the night before the infamous “Unity Right” Unity After James Alex Fields Jr drove into the counter-protester, it killed the counter-protester Heather Heyer.
In the tweet, Biden falsely declared that Trump “refused to deny white supremacists on the debate stage last night.” The video includes photos of Rittenhouse, who killed two white protesters and wounded a protester during the Kenosha riots in August 2020. His defense lawyer considers this to be a typical self-defense case:
There is no other statement: The President of the United States refused to deny white supremacists on the stage of debate last night. pic.twitter.com/Q3VZTW1vUV

One of the prosecution’s own star witnesses also confirmed the self-defense argument A week ago Today, in some disputes, the prosecution may have lost the case.
However, despite the fact that the facts are on the side of the defense in this case, there is no doubt that Biden and other leftists’ public position on Rittenhouse is inappropriate and unprofessional, and may cause the jury to be improperly influenced. Because the case is against Rittenhouse.
This is the point made by Rittenhouse’s mother in her comment on Fox News. In turn, the network’s White House reporter Peter Dussie asked Biden’s press secretary Jen Psaki today to ask Biden to call Rittenhouse a “white supremacist”. Her first answer was to tacitly “I will not comment on the ongoing trial”, and then she launched an attack on the “Peace Society”, although she did not specifically refer to Rittenhouse as one (but implied very obvious):
Doocy: “Why did President Biden imply that Kyle Rittenhouse who was on trial in Kenosha was a white supremacist?” Psaki claimed that she “would not speak to… the ongoing trial,” but then attacked Rittenhouse As an example of “security guards patrolling around us”. When Doocy pressured her on this matter, she went back to the statement of “no comment on the ongoing trial” and then turned to another reporter:
Dussie: “But the president has already talked to him, and his mother now… comes out and says [he] Defamated her son and claimed-She claimed that when the president hinted that her son was a white supremacist, he did so to win votes. Is that the case? “

Sorry, but Psaki’s evasion on this issue is unacceptable. The White House has the opportunity to withdraw Biden’s tweets from September 2020 and choose not to do so. Instead, it did what Biden should have done but did not do in this case in 2020. But because he did so, the withdrawal is orderly. They should say something like “Biden made these comments by mistake as a presidential candidate, but commented on ongoing investigations/cases/trials as the president understood. It’s a bad form.”
They could have taken a step back and could even try to treat Biden’s tweets as having nothing to do with Rittenhouse itself (which is still a lie), but instead they gave “no comment on the ongoing trial” Default answer, and then anyway, turn around to attack him as a righteous policeman, and further slander him, because the media’s disdain for “justice of the righteous police” is almost as much as their dissatisfaction with the police.
This is really bad for Biden, because even his own agent can’t clean up his mess. In the process, their own bad answers further messed up the situation. After the trial, assuming Rittenhouse was found not guilty, the wise thing he should do is to get Nick Sandman to express his opinion in the media. In Rittenhouse’s case, the government did what they did to him. Complained about the matter.
This should not happen to a U.S. citizen. Before being proven guilty, everyone should be presumed innocent. Their trials should not be subject to biased elected officials and “leaders” who want to win “sober” voters. Improper influence, regardless of the facts.
