Police said the three were taken to hospital after being knocked down by a car near Linfield Racecourse.
Surrey Police I received a call shortly before 11pm on Saturday night, reporting that a car had hit a pedestrian leaving the event.
The injuries were not considered life-threatening, no one was arrested, and the incident was not considered terror-related.

Chief Inspector Dan Gutierrez said: “We want to assure the public that this incident has nothing to do with terrorism.
“We know that thousands of people have participated in this event, and we call on anyone who might have witnessed anything or has a dash cam lens before the collision to contact us.”
