The body of Corporal Lance Jared Schmitz was lying in a coffin with a flag on it. Each coffin is the same as the next coffin. Each contains the remains of 13 American soldiers. They were slowly moved away from the rear of the C-17 and transferred to ground transportation. There are family members present. Joe Biden is too.
Father and mother, sisters, brothers, wives-everyone watched each coffin being moved. Jared’s father Mark Schmitz watched Joe Biden put his right hand on his heart – and then inexplicably, when each coffin was in the hearse, President Biden seemed to be checking his watch. “After the fourth time…considering why we were there, I can’t stand it anymore,” Mr. Schmz said.
Darin Hoover, father of Staff Sergeant Tayor, also saw it. Mark Schmitz could not watch, his emotions and anger began to control; Mr. Hoover could not look away. Mr. Hoover said: “This happened more than once, and it happened the last time-all thirteen times.”
The White House claimed that Mr. Biden was looking at the rosary on his left wrist. According to the White House, he wore it to commemorate his son Bo. I don’t buy it. If this is the case, he (or his processing staff) should have realized the terrible optical effects that would appear. If he wants to establish this emotional connection, why should he turn his wrist so that the $10,000 Rolex watch faces upwards? Why wear a watch? If “respect” Bo is the motivation for every coffin to turn his watch face up and stare at his sleeve, then what does Bo have to do with the 13 dead heroes?
Later, the family recalled that when meeting with Biden and his son, Joe kept mentioning his son Bo. Joe used to confuse Bo’s service with Boyne’s unrelated death from brain cancer to fight soldiers who died in battle.He did it in an interview with George Stephanopoulos
“Stephanopoulos: I-I think many-many Americans, and even many veterans serving in Afghanistan agree with your grand strategic vision. They think we must go out. But I want to know how you respond to Army Special Forces officer Javier McKay (PH). He did seven tours. He was shot twice. He agrees with you. He said: “We must reduce our losses in Afghanistan.” But he added, “I just hope we can leave with honor.”
Biden: Listen, it’s like asking my late son Bo. He spent six months in Kosovo and a year in Iraq as a navy captain and then a major—I mean, as a major. . And, you know, I’m pretty sure—he regrets leaving Afghanistan—I mean, leaving Iraq. ”
He shamefully invoked Bo, juxtaposing his son with a veteran who deployed seven times and shot twice. This is shameful.
For those who might claim “oh, he is only related to the family that lost his son (or daughter)”. I don’t buy that either. Biden has a habit of exaggerating resumes. He did this over and over again, but the last time and it has been bad, Biden compared Bo to a combat soldier.
I can respect Beau’s service-but the closest thing Beau is to the battle is to review After Action Reports as JAG in his air-conditioned office. He has never seen a fight, nor has he died from injuries related to his service. If the argument is still “well, President Biden is only related to the loss of a child”-really? Biden lost another child (Amy), But he didn’t mention Amy when he met with the soldier’s family.
Mention of Beau (not Amy) has only one purpose. “I also lost a soldier.” One of Joe Biden’s worst qualities is his insistence on inventing and/or exaggerating what he has or done.
People used to laugh at Joe’s invented Arch of Life. When there is no real power, it is “cute”. Now he is the president, he just insulted 13 families and checked his watches disrespectfully. Biden’s family wears (and may still wear) a bracelet that says “World Convention on Biological Diversity“(What would Beau Do) Beads. If Joe Biden wears that instead of a rosary, I suspect that the Fair will approve his father to invoke his name.
Time is up Joe. If you are not going to resign-stop sucking? Please?
