Lisa Norman Is the co-founder Genuine Leather Patch Company Together with her partner Ian, they create custom leather patches for customers across the United States and sew them onto various products.

Their story is not a typical “4 hours a week” entrepreneurial story. It started as a small store in California and has now grown into a business with revenues of more than 2 million U.S. dollars last year.
Lisa joined us this week to share the origins of Authentic Leather Patch Co., how they have grown the company to where they are today, how they deal with supply chain issues and Covid uncertainty, and more.
