Listen, I usually don’t mind Trump hunting down people, including some Republicans, and you won’t find me dismissive of whether this is “presidential” or not. I find that this person spends most of his time making fun, intentionally and unintentionally. But this has two main problems.
First, if Trump wants to run in 2024 (I’m not sure if he really does this) and/or become a force for good in 2022, he must take some interest in issues that people really care about. Why didn’t Trump issue a statement condemning the infrastructure bill? Or did Joe Biden ignore the Supreme Court’s extension of the deportation order? I understand that his government initially supported the moratorium, but there are ways to make this argument different. Oops, why does he seem to rarely mention Joe Biden? He has time to make a statement about the women’s football losing at the Olympics this morning, but the property rights have not been destroyed?
In addition, and perhaps more importantly, Rand Paul is Fight back against COVID hysteria, Include Dr. Fauci And there are more anti-science blockades and authorizations promoted by the establishment than any other Republican figure, including Trump. But these little actions to Rand Paul are stupid, counterproductive, and unearned.
