I recently stopped in the showroom to buy a few items (I happen to live in Fort Worth and the saddle leather is actually in my backyard).
When my husband and I walked through the double glass door, we immediately felt the sweet smell of leather and a smiling and super helpful Saddleback employee named Grace. She showed us the showroom and answered all our questions.
There is a reception desk at the entrance of the exhibition hall. On the desk, you can see the Love41 Crossbody Koroha bag and Saddleback Leather Cash & Receipt bag that I bought-another super friendly employee Susan helped us purchase and took great care of us.
Leaning against the wall (above), you can see Saddleback’s Leather Trunk and Chamberlain’s Leather Milk leather care products (sister Dave’s products).
Just inside the glass door on the left is a display of Love41 products. The exhibits include wallets, handbags, backpacks, etc.
There are saddle-shaped leather products in the other room. They displayed bags, wallets, belts, etc. Look at the whole sheet of full-grain leather hanging on the wall-they are bigger than me (but I’m only five feet tall, so is this really talking about it?)!
It makes sense to come in and be able to see leather products with your own eyes. You can see their relative size, color, weight and all items are well made. Then, if you decide to buy something, Saddleback employees will run over to pick it up from the warehouse in the building.
As a Gadgeteer, I have the opportunity to review some Saddleback products, such as Saddleback leather drawstring leather backpack, Saddleback leather ultra-thin laptop briefcase,as well as Saddleback leather thin front pocket backpack. Dave is always improving, updating and creating new products, so you may not be able to see those exact products online. But you can learn from our Saddleback review that their leather goods are well made.
