We must rediscover resources and rethink everything-RedState

The United States participated in a series of extremely stupid policies for most of the second half of the 20th century. We have become equally stupid in the first quarter of the 21st century.

The dumbest policy in this idiot era is our suicidal embrace of globalism. In the 1950s, we were far and away the world’s economic power. Then we started globalization-which meant outsourcing our economic power to other places on the planet.

Perhaps the most stupid stupidity is the mass expulsion of our manufacturing industry. By increasing the production of… almost everything, we can save the planet from World War II. Almost immediately thereafter, we started exporting this manufacturing capacity.

Seventy years later, we have almost nothing. Our economy is a fragile edifice built on a knife’s edge.

Since the 1970s, our growth rate has been Anemia and deceleration. And the wages of the middle and lower levels have basically been Flat.

We provide a reasonable “income inequality” argument for the left. We outsource the work of others (while importing large quantities of third-world substitutes to replace the remaining work) to make the rich get richer and richer. Wall Street is booming-Main Street is sluggish.

We emphasize the mind rather than the muscles. Not admit that the two are inseparable-both are vital to the survival of our country.

We (allegedly) become mind-centered. The public overemphasizes higher education. We are told that everyone must go to university. “Work smarter, not harder.”

And then in the past half-century, universities (and K-12 public schools) have not taught anything of value-they have poisoned our minds with leftist nonsense.

What does this bring us?Tens of millions of degrees in short debt Trillions of dollars in student loans They cannot feed themselves or make any valuable contribution to the well-being of our country.

at the same time, Millions of well-paid businessmen perform (Electrician, plumber…) It’s empty. We are increasingly becoming a country that cannot keep the lights on because we are overwhelmed by people who are over-educated and under-helped.

Because of this globalist idiot, the rust belt has become a rust belt. We have hollowed out large tracts of land in our country. We used to produce things in the world, and now we produce methamphetamine for domestic consumption.

We continue to almost single-handedly fund the rise of our greatest global enemy, Communist China. Most of our outsourcing is Chinese domestic outsourcing. We have provided them with tens of millions of jobs. Then we have to borrow money from them-because we outsource the economy to them.

We must reverse all these foolish behaviors. We must repurchase and rebuild our manufacturing industry.

Not just traditional, physical things. The fusion of thought and power in manufacturing has never been so real and obvious.

We are in the early stages of the digital age. More and more things will be intangible. Computers and participating in the Internet require a whole new field of high-end manufacturing.

We are also upside down here. Guess who is not? Shocked-this is China.

The basic component of all digital things is the semiconductor or microchip. “Potato Chips.” We have endured it for more than a year Global chip shortage.

About what we can do almost none. Because 75% of the chips on the earth Made in Asia. Therefore, if they are not made in China, it is a neighboring country that China can easily be bullied.

Let’s stop and think about how stupid it is to outsource the manufacturing of most of the things that are vital to our economy.

Let us stop and think about how stupid it is to hand it over to Communist China and the countries within its sphere of influence.

Of course, China is seeking to further utilize its advantages.

China hoards chips and chip manufacturing machines to counter the U.S.:

“Chinese companies bought nearly 32 billion U.S. dollars from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and other places for the production of computer chips, an increase of 20% over 2019, Bloomberg’s analysis of official trade data shows.”

We are currently discussing almost completely unnecessary “infrastructure” expenditures worth $5.4 trillion—most of which are not actually infrastructure.

A very necessary actual infrastructure plan? Solve our lack of chips- And chip manufacturing:

“‘Legislatives, the industry is calling on Biden to fund semiconductor production in the event of a shortage:

“‘On Monday, a bipartisan group of more than 70 members of the Senate and House of Representatives called on President Biden to support semiconductor research and manufacturing funding because Biden hosted a meeting with technology leaders to discuss the critical shortage of chips. .

“‘In a letter to Biden led by Senator John Corning (R-Texas), legislators asked him to fund the semiconductor program created by the U.S. Chip Manufacturers Act, which was included in the recent National Defense Authorization In the bill, it also pointed out the need to compete with China.

“How obvious is this? Even President Joe Biden understands this.

“‘Biden called the semiconductor chip infrastructure when meeting with the CEO’

“Ultimately, the domestic semiconductor industry will be (very) profitable-thus self-sustaining.

“But after decades of our stupid behavior of outsourcing (to China), we now have to spend government money to catch up with the domestic. Infrastructure, if you want.

“Solve some small problems. Just like our country and economic security.”

We used to care about the security of our country and economy. We must start doing this again.
